Gift Memberships: Any of our general memberships or Best Friend memberships may be purchased as a gift. The gift of membership makes a great birthday gift, holiday gift, or teacher gift, and is great as a special thank you! Purchase a gift membership for friends or family and the recipient will receive a friendly MCM welcome letter acknowledging you as the giver.
All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships are valid for one full year. The adult person(s) named on the membership card from the member household MUST be present during each visit. NO EXCEPTIONS! Passing a membership card to a non-member relative or friend is not allowed. Members must present proper identification for admission, and the name and address on the ID MUST match the membership card.
