When?
All phone calls and emails will be returned Wednesday through Saturday during museum hours in the order that they are received.

Where do the parties happen? Birthday parties will occur for one-hour in our festive party room, followed by free play in our state-of-the-art Museum facility.

How?
How do you book a party with us? Download a reservation form, fill it out, and email it back to sedrick@mcm.ms or fax it to 601-709-2603 (Attention: Birthday Parties). We will contact you to schedule your party and will request a payment IN FULL in order to confirm your reservation.
OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Exclusive use of the Birthday Party Room for one hour
- A Museum staff assistant in the Party Room
- Basic birthday balloons
- Museum admission for all guests and chaperones

Cost
$3.50 per bag (Bags will be assembled by our Museum Store and will be available for the number of guests you specify on the day of your party)
CHAPERONES
In order to explore the Museum, one adult chaperone (18 years old or older) is required for every 5 children. The adult chaperones cannot be parents of the birthday child, and the Museum staff assistant is not included as one of the required adult chaperones. Failure to provide the required number of chaperones can result in a cancellation of your Museum exploration or a charge of an additional $50.00 fee. Parents of the birthday child and all adult chaperones are also admitted to the Museum for exploration free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Cancellation of your birthday party reservation more than 30 days prior to the date of your scheduled party will result in a complete refund. Cancellation more than 15 days prior to the date of your scheduled party (but less than 30 days) will result in a refund of only 50% of your payment. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to the date of your scheduled party will result in a complete forfeit of your payment.
SPECIAL NEEDS
The Mississippi Children’s Museum is open and accessible to all. If someone in your party has special needs, please contact the Museum in advance of your visit with any special requests that would facilitate your visit.
